The New Journey

The Situation I've been a big guy for a lot of years.  I was a big kid, got my act together through cycling as I entered high school, but as I approached my 30's, I got big again. Through it all, I've always been reasonably healthy, by no fault of my own.  My GP often said everything about me was perfect, minus my weight.  Once, he suggested I was genetically modified because there's absolutely no reason my blood glucose, cholesterol, blood pressure, etc, should be excellent. This post goes back in time.  I'm actually typing this from the future, about 20 weeks from June 26, 2020. Friday June 26, 2020 is a special date; I started a major lifestyle change program, beginning with the diet component. I feel I have learned so many lessons throughout that I need to share, though not explicitly with my circle of friends.  Few know beyond immediate family and a few friends.  Maybe as friends chance upon this blog, they'll come to understand.
